You may receive your order in two separate shipments, depending upon availability of item in stock. Your order will be shipped either via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
While items are packaged with the utmost care, inevitably an 8,000 pound gorilla or elephant may damage an isolated shipment. : ) If your shipment is damaged, please notify me within 10 days of receipt in order to set up arrangements to ship the product back so it can be replaced. If notification is not received within the 10 day period, no exchange of product can be guaranteed.
Please allow 8-10 working days for delivery of your product. In some rare cases it may take longer depending upon stock availability. Alot of the items on this site are special order products that are ordered from the vendor upon receipt of my customer order. Some times the vendor will ship direct to you, other times, they will ship to me and I in turn ship out to you. Please be patient and email me if you have any concerns about your order.
